Fredrick Douglas Borden

Fredrick Borden (Freddy) was born July 14th 1953 to the parents of Arthur and Louise Borden in Newark NJ. Born and raised in Newark NJ, he attended and graduated high school. During his high school days he secured a job as the water boy for the New York Knicks. He always got us tickets to attend the games and even arranged for us to meet Walt Fraizer and Willis Reed. He attended some college then went into the Army and after being honorably discharged he went to California to make a life for himself. He ended up moving to Nevada where he spent his life until the end of his life on this earth. He loved God and every conversation or letter began with God and His Son Jesus the Christ. He loved his family and always loved talking about the many memories of our growing up in NJ and how his father was his hero who taught him many things especially the piano which Freddy came to be a master of his piano skills. 

He is proceeded in death by his father Arthur Borden, brothers Lawrence Borden and James Arthur Borden. He leaves to mourn his mother Louise Borden (93) of NJ, a sister in law (James) Mary Faust- Borden of NJ, brother Steven Borden (Lisa) of TX, his baby sis Tracy Borden-Timmons (Salahuddin) of TX and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
