Ralph Roy D'Amico

Ralph D'Amico Jr. (also known as Rake), age 86, of Las Vegas, NV, passed away peacefully on February 17th, 2025. Born on October 20th, 1938, Ralph was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. He was best known for his love of video poker, crossword puzzles, Wheel of Fortune, sleeping in, a home cooked meal from his wife, and enjoying a good breakfast. Ralph lived his life on his own terms for 86 years, and no one could ever take that away from him.

In 1994, Ralph and his wife Marie, made the move from the Trenton, NJ area, to Las Vegas. They built a beautiful life there, making many friends over the years, and the Skyline [his office] became like a second home to them. He is sure to be missed by his favorite poker machine.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Pauline D'Amico; father, Ralph D'Amico; brother, John D'Amico; and sister, Laura D'Amico Cornish. He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Marie D'Amico; son, Mark (Gina Ingargiola) D'Amico; daughter, Melissa D'Amico; daughter, Lori D'Amico; son, Scott Gordon; and his cherished grandchildren, Mia and Nicholas. We also can't forget man's best friends, Coco, Rocky and Scrapper.

A private celebration of life will be held in Las Vegas, NV, and Trenton, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations in Ralph's honor may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Ralph's memory will be cherished by all who knew him. His spirit and humor will live on in the hearts of his loved ones.
